The Tamiya Hilux highlift is one of the most popular trucks of all time. This fact wasn’t lost on Tamiya as they developed the Tamiya Hilux featuring a Toyota pickup body mounted on the same chassis as the Ford F350 high-lift. Like the Tamiya Sand Scorcher, the Tamiya Hilux is one of the most realistic rc reproductions ever. A 3-speed transmission allows you to drive the hilux at extremely low speeds and there are also a lot of metal parts involved which means the Tamiya Hilux are very durable models. The large tires give the Hilux High-lift a lot of ground clearance and Tamiya even threw in surfboards replicas to make the Toyota Hilux even more realistic!
